In a few more months, dirt cheap na rin siguro ito just like its prequels. I loved the first two. I thought it was actually better than the Uncharted series. Can't wait to play this.

Ah. Medyo boring pala dahil less action and more on puzzles. And platforming? Ugh! Really hate those. Most of the time, hindi ko ma-timing yun jump kaya namamatay palagi si Lara.

I'm probably around 6 hours in the main game, and yup - combat took much less of a focus in this game. It's tilted more towards puzzle solving, platforming, and combat arenas are spread too thinly. It could change as I think i've only covered about the first third of the game, but if you were after combat in the previous games, this game might not be for you.
Still think it's an enjoyable game - but I'd wait for a deep sale on the game of the year version. Glad I just got it on game pass to be honest. The story feels a little bit better executed (but that's not saying much), character performances (other than Lara) are a bit lifeless, and although the graphics can be impressive, character models look a bit plasticky. Enemy AI is a bit better this time around.

The videos before the game came out show lots of Lara's combat moves giving us ideas that there are lots of fighting. So I guess there's really not a lot of it. I have this game but still not started playing it. Replaying Rise.
Btw, the developers are happy with the game's (sales) performance.

Just finished earlier. Solid 8/10. I like the first game best, followed by Rise, then Shadow.
Combat picks up in the second half of the game, but wasn't the games strongest point. Shooting still isnt as sharp and as punchy as i would like. Story is below average. But graphics, platforming, exploration, and puzzles were all pretty good.
There are some hints in the end as to the direction of tomb raider after this game, but that might be a ways off considering the game underperformed (and with Square Enix focusing on the Avengers game and the rumored Guardians game).
