Criteria

-Compensation – the higher the pay, the better right?
-Perks and incentives – some companies offer additional monthly bonuses, free meals, transpo, day care for kids, scholarships, gym memberships, etc.
-Flexibility – flexible office hours and work-from-home options
-Employee Enhancement Programs – schooling, trainings, certifications, MBAs, etc.
-Office environment – facilities, structural design, work spaces, workplace technology, etc.

:agree:

Accenture or HP :agree:

This maybe a little off topic but I'd like to share lang as advice to the thread starter.

Since you are a fresh grad, may I recommend you focus more on acquiring experience and make compensation secondary. Make the most out of being a newbie in the working world while you're still young and still filled with youthful idealism. Enrich your knowledge and expand/fortify your work background. Choose a company that can help you grow career-wise on a specific IT field you wish to specialize pn
You may not have much opportunity later to experiment or try something anew when you need to focus on primarily making a living and just keep sticking to a job that simply pays well but may not rewarding for you.

Just a food for thought ü
