1 MBps dapat ang package ko with globe pero anak ng tinapay 1000 kilo bits lang ang speedtest ko...parang niloloko nila ako...1 month na ko nagrereklamo!!!!

Kilobits? Where'd you get your measurement? Speedtest.net ba? Baka kilobytes naman yan. Also, when telecoms say they offer 1mbps or more bandwidth, it doesnt mean na yun ang exacto na makukuha mo kasi you are on a shared bandwidth system with other subscribers. Pag mas marami online, mas mabagal, pag mas konti, then mas mabilis. Kaya when I do my gaming and surfing I do it in the early hours in the morning kasi Digitel yung ISP ko. While maganda and mabilis download speeds nya, it suffers sa online games. Minsan ginagawa ko, punta ako sa bahay ng Dad ko na meron 1mbps na PLDT (and Sony Bravia HDTV woot) para TEXT SPEAK VIOLATION mag online sa PS3 hehehe...
sir speedtest.net, you can set it to kilobits, kilobytes, megabits, megabytes pero yung initial nya eh kilobits ang setting until galawin mo to show something else.
And they are advertising 1MBPS speeds for you alone not shared....if they say youll get 1MBPS i should get at least 60% of that....1 MBPS is around 8000 kilobits so 60% is 4800, im only getting 1000 sa speedtests.
kakatawa kasi sa modem na provide nila may portion dun sabi connection speed 1200/8189kbps....hahahah...so parang 8189 dapat max ko pero 1200 lang binibigay nila!!!
maganda ba globe? gusto ko sana magpalit. kaso ng pumunta sa globe kahapon may nakasabay ako 2 nagrereklamo. kaya ask ko muna dito sa kung ok ba talaga. kasi may lock in period na 1 year. hassle naman kung panget service tapos magtitiis ka ng 1 year.

You should also take note that its just not the bandwidth issues. Most (if not all) local DNS providers suck which is why some sites load fast, others load slow while others none at all.

And some of them use forced proxies that are unreliable.
I tried to play Tekken Online but no rooms come up for me to join. When I tried Call of Duty, no rooms came up as well.

mga bro tanong ko lang kung may naka experience din ng prob sa aztech dsl605EW galing sa globe. pag kinoconnect ko siya sa ps3 then test connection nakalagay sa UPNP na not available kahit enabled naman sya sa modem/router. di ko sure kung hindi sila compatible sa isat isa. Kailangan kaya iupdate firmware or may setting na kailangan?Or kung may alam kayo na modem/router sa globe na pwede ko ito pa exchange with compatible UPNP.TEXT SPEAK VIOLATION

Anong modem niya? His modem probably has router features and not bridged. You may want to open ports for your PS3 or just set your PS3 to your modem's DMZ.
Mga Kuya pa help di ko ma set yung router ko (cd-r king wireless broadband router 4ports) ayaw umandar with my prolink h5200 modem hindi gumagana yung internet at ayaw magtransmit ng data sa router ko ayaw magflash ng WAN light tulong naman pano po iset ito kasi i need internet connection on PC And PS3
