ang mahal nga ng telecoms dyan, ewan ko kung bakit

kahit sa pag tawag dyan ang mahal, nakakainis. 11 cents per minute ako, pero people calling India or China pays less than 5 cents per minute

tingin ko mas mura landline dito sa Pinas compared sa Canada. Di ko lang alam magkano long distance dito, pero kahit sa canada mahal din long distance.

May feedback ako na sa Destiny cable daw ok.pag gabi umaabot to 4mbps kahit originally 1mbps plan mo

Any Idea kng magkano subscription TEXT SPEAK VIOLATION? Sa destiny nga pala. Kasi TEXT SPEAK VIOLATION mamaya pag nag destiny ako sa Parang TEXT SPEAK VIOLATION ma2lad ako sa mga na eexperience ng iba na naka destiny cable internet.

I use Globelines. I'm from Marikina. I don't get disconnected unless I restart my modem. And my static IP is free. :bigmouth:

And i'm from Taguig, and i use Globe. I don't get disconnected as well. Praise God! :agree:

Globe is now offering 10 MB and 100MB Internet PLANS!!!!
GPON or the Gigabit-capable Passive Optical Network, a fiber-to-the-home technology.
The monthly service fee for the 10Mbps is Php3,995 while the 100Mbps is Php14,995. Serviceable areas are very limited as of the moment — Forbes Park and Serendra this June and Bel-Air Village and Urdaneta Village in July.

LOL But the latency still sucks. And they will probably have you behind their transparent proxy for them to conserve bandwidth.

ang hirap talaga humanap ng magandang ISP, pero buti I'm happy with PLDT, may problems sometimes pero hindi naman katulad nung sa Bayantel, grabe HELL talaga ang experience ko sa Bayantel DSL na yan. :facepalm: :facepalm: With pldt i'm getting consistent download speed anytime of the day and kahit saang server.
kelan kaya maguupgrade ang PLDT, napagiiwanan na sila ng competition in terms of speed eh.

pero eto nga issue sa Canada, throttled ang upload speed

do you have bandwidth cap? ano talaga subscribe speed mo? Ayan ayoko sa Canada and US may bandwidth cap. Ang bilis nga ng net mo magbabayad ka naman ng extra in case lumagpas ka sa bandwidth cap mo.

forgot pero mataas naman alam ko kasi di ko naman nalalampasan

pero nililimit talaga nila yung upload speeds ng residential lines para ma-discourage ka mag file share

yung binebenta kasi namin naliliitan ako sa bandwidth cap nila. hehehe 2gb, 25gb, 50gb then 75gb.
