Bakit magrerecount? AFAIK hindi pa ito ang official canvassing of votes.. unofficial quick count pa lang ito.. the one that matter's the final canvassing of votes.. mind conditioning itong ginagawa ng marcos camp imo..

Manny should focus on Sports and any Mindanao-related issues. Yung ibang gusto nya, may iba namang gagawang senador.
I don't know kung totoo yun.

Galit si Comm.Guanzon.
Regardless of kung mind conditioning or not, the truth sana will prevail. Yung recount, pag may di nakuntento sa unofficial at official. I heard may bayad daw itong pagpapa-recount eh. Basta maging vigilant na lang.
anyways, Binay congratulated Digong.

Hindi ba yun nakita nung nag-QA testing sila prior to election?

Binawas daw yung "test votes" prior actual election.
Tanong, bakit hindi nila nilinis yung test votes before May 9? Haaay pabaya na naman sila.

if the claim is true na wala ngang dayaan na nangyari then leni, in her good conscience, should agree and cooperate to do a recount - maganda nga yun para magkaalaman na talaga kung sino ang dapat manalo and eliminate, once and for all, any suspicion of rigging the results.
another one of those...hmm, can't seem to find the right term

Isa pa si Antonio Contreras. He's blocking the people who's making counterarguments pala. What a disgrace. Hindi siya puwedeng mag-"respect the opinions of others" when this is not a matter of opinion.

Dito sa amin sa Lipa City, nagpa implement na ng bawal sumakay or bumaba (akin to Makati CBD area). Ang bukambibig ng mga driver at traffic enforcers eh "Bawal daw as per Duterte"...Im no Digong fan, pero sana eto na talaga yung change na matagal na dapat ginawa ng mga tao....And i hope it's not because its "in" now that Digong's victory is clear...Sana hindi ito fad at nakikisabay lang ang mga Govt officials dito....Sana this is for real...

Wala pa iniimplement.. puro plan pa lang.. good to see some people na nagiging "disiplinado" kahit di pa nanunumpa si duterte.. pero lagin pa din pumpasok sa isip ko "bakit ngayon lang?"..

I would say that ang unang crackdown is disiplinahin yung magdidisiplina, from the traffic cop to every person who works at court. Natatakot sila ngayon pero babalik sa dati kung walang swift and systematic na change sa policy and way of work ng mga pulis and court personnel. Justice is usad pagong.
Dami plans ni Duterte, I hope he can pull it off, or that the Senate and Congress doesn't block positive plans, because these planning announcements and the election promises will backfire against Duterte if he doesn't pull it off. It's like how the nation raised Erap to a certain pedestal and took that pedestal from under him just as quick. The nation can be vicious.

Entry level 40 o 50k. (kukunin sa PDAF)
- Pati Nurse, Teacher at Doctor itataas daw nya sweldo.
- I-rerevive nya ang Death Penalty on heinous crimes. By head-hanging. Akala ko joke lang. Pero seryoso si Du30. Hanging daw talaga.

Pero ang disiplina starts from our selves.
But sometimes hindi lahat nakakaisip nun so someone should remind them of it. This is where Digong comes in.
Sometimes Discipline should be ignited somewhere to inspire / remind others to do the same.
I guess lahat naman tayo guilty of that. Breaking laws, kahit yung simpleng No Littering or No Jaywalking.

^Sa list na gusto ni Duterte, I approve of everything except yung shoot to kill. There's alot of ways that could be a disaster. I don't like to be shot because I was mistaken for someone else. What there should be is extreme prejudice in using guns. A very fine line on when a gun should be used or even taken out of the holster.
"Shoot to kill" sounds like a human rights debacle and great loss of innocent/unarmed lives.
In my job, I've met alot of people who became irrational and sometimes violent kapag trinatry ko i-nudge outside of their comfort zone, even if its for their own good and self improvement, because it is really hard to let go of what nakasanayan na. I terminated someone recently who just can't follow my instruction because nakasanayan na yung maling nakagawian. I suspect Duterte will be receiving alot of real death threats and attempts, specially from dirty cops and politicians, it's like a drug withdrawal. I wish I could say that impossible yung mga assassination jokes kaya mas importante daw yung bise presidente ngayon pero it might just come down to it.. It's the right thing to do, but the right thing to do isn't always popular with everyone.

^Duterte means of "resistance" is when the arresting officer's life is being threatened.
So dapat may malinaw na patakaran pano masasabi na endangered yung life nung arrested officer. Maybe simply pag may baril at namaril yung inaaresto or may hinostage as form of resistance.
If i were to suggest. last resort na lang yung shoot to kill.
Kung ako babarilin ko na lang sa paa or sa kamay to prevent them from escaping or disarm the suspect muna.

^I think meron na protocol/law concerning police engagements but di nasusunod kadalasan and no one is bothering to uphold it. My wife works at court, I'll ask later.
