May thread pala tayong ganito.. Anyway, Did someone tried this in the latest game patch update of BF3 Premium? I'm planning to try this method. Naka-Wifi ako sa bahay SmartBRO.

This convinced me to subscribe to PS Plus again. I'm now on my 4th free game download on my laptop. This weekend siguro i download ko from my laptop to PS3. Gamit ko dati PS3 to download kaso medyo tumaas electricity bill.

i'm trying it now.. but the dotnetfx v1.1 is not installing properly on my windows 7 x64.
If I'm correct, how come we need v1.1? Hindi ba ang latest version ng dotnetfx eh 4.0 at 4.5 na?
the higher the version, the more it contained files from previous dotnetfx versions?

search mo yung required dotnetfx if not compatible.. usually, old version ang kailangan para sa application..

aww! actually kakainstall ko lang ngayon sa bagong PC ko yung proxy.. no problem occurs..

i experienced that last year, ang ginawa ko.. nagreformat ako ng pc then, yun! gumana! ewan ko lang kung gagana sayo..

I manage to get thru with.. Here's how:

This has been known forever, from Vista through to Windows 7.
The solution to it is simple, and was posted on mydigitallife website ages ago (do a search for "mydigitallife net 1.1").
Otherwise here is a a copy/paste to install .Net 1.1 and SP1 into Vista or Win7 (32 or 64 bit).
Create a new folder named DotNetin C:\ drive (C:\DotNet is used in this guide, you can change to any folder you prefer, but ensure that you use correct path in the following steps).
Download Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 Redistributable Package (dotnetfx.exe ). Make sure the setup file is saved asdotnetfx.exe .
Download Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 Service Pack 1 (NDP1.1sp1-KB867460-X86.exe ). Make sure that the file is renamed and saved asdotnetfxsp1.exe , so that the rest of the steps can be followed easily.
Move both installation files into the same directory (i.e. C:\DotNet), if you’re not saving them together.
Open command prompt as Administrator .
Change to the directory where the two installation setup files for .NET 1.1 are saved (i.e. C:\DotNet).
Run the following commands one by one, press Enter after each one.
dotnetfx.exe /c:"msiexec.exe /a netfx.msi TARGETDIR=C:\DotNet"
Then click on “Yes” when prompted to answer “would you like to install Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1. Package?”
dotnetfxsp1.exe /Xp:C:\DotNet\netfxsp.msp
msiexec.exe /a c:\DotNet\netfx.msi /p c:\DotNet\netfxsp.msp
Install Microsoft .Net Framework 1.1 with slipstreamed/integrated Service Pack 1 by running netfx.msi created in the working folder.

^A bit tedious process

In my DotNet folder on C:, double click "netfx" (exe) then after it finishes, double click "netfxsp" (exe)
then proceed in installing PS3 Proxy Server GUI.

But then here's my another problem.. In Internet Connection Settings on PS3
I followed the instructions except in the WLAN Settings (I chose Scan coz i don't know about AOSS when selecting Automatic) but in the Test Connection, While it's successful on getting IP Address of my router (D-Link DIR 300), it failed on Internet Connection part. Why? I even gave rest to my router for 5 mins. Still not working.

it's A connection error has occurred. (80028EA6) by the way...

OP/Thread Starter have you personally tried this sir? tagal tagal na nito hindi ko pinapansin hahaha. I'll give it a try. (pero jDownloader gagamitin ko instead of IDM.)

@deathzero - malas mo dude.. naayos mo yung isa.. sablay naman sa net connection.. actually, d-link din ang router pero very old na.. have you tried na magreset ng router? kasi ako di na nagtetest ng connection, save settings nalang. Try mo kaya automatic nalang? hehe

any downloader will do, the IDM is just a recommendation. sana di ka matulad sa iba na mahirap paganahin to.. so far saken, sa dalawang pc ko.. di nagkakaroon ng problem.. isang windows 8 at windows 7.

pano settings pag wifi gamit ko wireless router ng pldt pagnagconfig ako sa ps3 internet failed. tinatamad ako bumili sa cdrking ng cable. & pwede ba paputol putol ng dl yung i ooff pc tapos resume knabukasan?

same lang ng procedure pag maglalagay ka ng IP address sa application at sa PS3(watch the video pero wired yun), you can get the IP of wifi sa network settings sa pc or laptop mo.. BUT, pag ililipat mo na yung file going to your PS3, wired dapat.. sa downloads naman, pwede ang paputol-putol.. nareresume sya.

mura lang yung per yard nun.. ako kasi malapit lang yung modem ng PLDT ko sa room ko.. connected sa router.. then yung router ko, connected sa PS3 at PC/laptop ko.. think about it? di sa wifi lilipad yung downloaded na game/s mo.. hehehe.. syempre wired pa din sa paglilipat ng game/s from laptop to ps3..

pwede yan for getting the "link from LOG" ng application.. pero pag ililipat mo na(PC to PS3), wired dapat..
