Classic Final Fantasy 7. Never played this as a kid. hen I was in 2nd year high school, I had a classmate that had a PS1 and this is what he was playing at the time. I was mesmerized with the graphics but I just could not understand how to play a JRPG at the time. It really didn't appeal to me.

Another classic game I just bought is Super Star Wars. I always wanted to play this back in the 16-bit era but I only had a Megadrive and my friends who had a Famicon did not have this game. I've read that this game is notoriously difficult but I wasn't really buying it until I played it last night. DAMN! It is difficult! Enemies are all over the place and most of them have a projectile of some sort. Adding to that, they endlessly respawn. Platforming can be quite a chore too. The jump feels very heavy kinda like Castlevania. You can control it midair, but there is a slight delay between the button press and the jump itself. I really want to finish it. But I just don't have the patience anymore.

Resident Evil 2 PS4.

It's on sale and most of the stores don't have it. Good thing, their web site can indicate if a copy is available on a certain store.

I haven't bought any game just yet. Just replying to a fellow PPS member.

FF7 - Played that one "to death" in my younger days. Bought a PS1 for this game, and the PC / 3Dfx Glide version about a year later. The mechanics were "simple enough" for me at that time since I was also able to play FF6 and Chrono Trigger before that. But man, it's silly that FF7's mechanics looks simple compared to current mobile games, what with the amount of in-game currency. Madness!

Super Star Wars - I also had this one on my Super Famicom. I think I got the Japanese version since I don't remember using a SNES cart to SFamicom adaptor. But yes, it IS hard! Also, I wasn't fan of the Speedster section. I really doubt the current, older me can beat this game now. LOLZ!

Buying decision influenced by nostalgia! As for Dragon Ball Fighterz, well, I just wanted to get the digital version since I already have a physical copy...

Collection na lang ito. Suwerte na kung matapos ko. Madami lang pa kasi inaasikaso ngayon kaya kung makapag laro eh talagang "short burts". Dapat kukunin ko rin yung Kakarot, eh tutal, sa ngayon limitado pa oras makapaglaro kaya hintayin ko na lang magkaroon ng malaking discount.

Dala nanaman ng nostalgia! Time to bust-out my dust-gathering arcade stick! LOLZ! I usually play with the DualShock 4 nowadays. Yung Spider-Man na digital pamalit dun sa copy ko na hindi na ibinalik ng nanghiram!
