1. Ano ang pagkakaiba ng region 1 , region 2 and region 3?
2. Ano pinakamaganda laruin?
3. May naiiba ba sa gameplay?

Region 1 is for the US, Region 2 is Japan, Region 3 is Asia.

There should be no difference in gameplay so all should deliver the same experience.

One thing I noticed though is that some games have problems. I'm talking from a first hand experience.

I have a Japan PS3 and a US Silent Hill Homecoming. Everytime I enter a loading screen, a problem with the control configuration exists such as a missing command.

price, language, cover art, sometimes extra contents, downloadable contents, compatibility pag normal TV ang gamit

go with region 1 games. galing US. pwede rin region 3. pang Asia naman. region 2 pag galing Europe or Japan.

2. Ano pinakamaganda laruin?
Metal Gear Solid 4
3. May naiiba ba sa gameplay?
wala naman. nag iba lang yung confirm button. yung X naging circle and vice versa.

Since there are no "region-locks" sa PS3 games, any PS3 can process PAL to NTSC, vice versa. Sa TV na lang nagkakatalo. Multi System, at a minimum, is a must.
e.g. 1. Asian PS3 (NTSC) can load an R2 (PAL) game. The PS3 will still send PAL to the TV.
e.g. 2. UK PS3 (PAL) can load an R3 (Asian-NTSC) game. The PS3 will still send NTSC to the TV.
:whoa:

I bought a 2nd hand 20 GB Japanese PS3, but now I'm planning to buy a PS3 slim and sell the classic one.

My question is, may pagkakaiba ba sa presyo ang US and Japanese version ng PS3 slim?

I know out of the question na ang pagpeplay ng PS2 games dito since the PS3 slim does not support PS2 backwards compatibility anymore, but in terms of playing Bluray disk which is I think based on Region pa rin ito di ba?

I'm planning to buy a US version po kasi, and I've heard here na sa Greenhills, 15200 ang price ng PS3 Slim, while nung tumingin ako sa Datablitz, 17200 naman ang benta nila. I have experiences kasi (sa and PS2 and PSP) na it seems na mas mataas presyo ng US version kesa sa Japan or Asian Version.

Always. But most BD movies are region-free.

Yes you are correct: mas mahal ng kaunti ang US version because of the simple fact that its "from the US" or "R1 kasi."[/quote]

You're most welcome po. v3.01 FW ko (model, sa sig ko. Each model number is unique to every region naman). Galing states. May kakilala akong umuwi from the US, nagpabili ako at binayaran ko na lang pagdating dito. :agree:

...siguro sa shipping? ang alam ko kasi mga unit ng US sa china din kinukuha so mas mahal para dalin sa US.

Model number, supported languages, default PS Store, and "pubished/printed" voltage supported.

Both are autovolt though.

I had a CECHL12 once, it works on 110v too.
