pakilinaw naman po itong aking kaalaman.
pag jap ver. ang unit mo (ps3) di ka makakanood ng u.s. ver. dvd's and vice versa? posible bang ikonvert ang japs na ps3 to u.s. ver. since ang difference lang naman ng dalawang versions eh pag play lang ng dvd movies?

yup basta DVD only Region 2 can be played on the Jap PS3 and only Region 1 on the US PS3, Region 0 can be played on both :D, and nope not possible on the conversion..

ser may nagcoconvert na ab ngayon ng region ng ps3? kasi before sa dvd player kaya nila iconvert ang region 1,2 or 3 to free regions sa ps3 kaya pwede? :-D

hindi po pwede yang ganyan.. hehe.. bile ka nalang ng US para sure, and pwede naman mag PSN ng US, jap and asia.. ehee :-D

There are so many cheap dvd players out there. Instead of wasting your time and money to look for somebody to convert a ps3. Just buy other players that can upscale like the ps3. I know samsung has a dvd player with upscaler and free hdmi cable 5800 lang.

Is it ok to place the PS3 vertically right beside the Aircon? (totally katabi ng Aircon) -- Hindi kaya mag moist yung PS3?

buy ka sa eyo, the only shop that offers more than 1 week replacement warranty, sa iba wala na, puro 1 week lang. maari kasi lumabas yung defect ng bluray within a week or a matter of month. eyo gives 3 months replacement warranty on their units with 1 game for 26k. mabuti na yun.. asian version lang sila. wala naman problem asian version, unless madami ka original na us ps2 games di mo kailangan ng us version. ako kaya i bought mine kasi its significantly cheap given all the freebies. though defective yung bluray ko, thats why i need replacement din, d din ako nakatipid, nabuksan pa ps3 ko.
