The newest player in the streaming service arena
Disney (DIS)'s new streaming service will launch in North America on November 12, 2019. It will cost $6.99 a month, or $69.99 a year. That's half of what Netflix charges for its standard plan.
By the end of the first year, Disney says the service will have more than 7,500 TV episodes and 500 movies.

Personally, I just want Disney+ for the really old Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck and Goofy cartoons! :lol: *puts on nostalgia glasses once more*.

The Mandalorian will star Pedro Pascal as the titular bounty hunter, who travels the outer reaches of the lawless galaxy, surviving as a mercenary-for-hire. The series is set shortly after the events of the original trilogy of films, and is expected to have a unique approach on the franchise.

All TV series will have the weekly release format unlike Netflix. Too bad for those who like to binge all episodes in a weekend. With this, I'll probably subscribe once all episodes are out, binge it all then cancel. :lol:

Asked about the availability of older movies (around 25 minutes into the video below), he referenced the three-hour "All Your Favorites" sizzle reel Disney released last week, and said that there is "some of it but very very little" that will be removed from the service at times. However, as long as someone is an active Disney+ subscriber, he said, they'll be able to watch downloaded copies of those movies anyway.

Disney CEO Bob Iger has shared premiere dates for three upcoming Disney+ series - 'The Falcon and the Winter Soldier' will release in August, 'The Mandalorian' Season 2 in October, and 'WandaVision' in December.

Finally! Ang tagal natin naghintay para dito. Not bad yung pricing. Mas mura yung premium plan compared sa premium plan ng Netflix.
