Pre-order edition includes three alternate Luffy characters.

A pre-order edition of the game will include an exclusive 13.5x17cm metal case, plus downloadable characters Champion Luffy from “Davy Back Fight” arc), Kung Fu Luffy (drawing from Eiichiro Oda from Chapter 710 of the official manga), and Luffy Gear 4th (playable in Gear 4th during the entire fight).

One Piece: Burning Blood digital pre-order bonus announced




Digital pre-orders will be available in Standard and Deluxe Editions. The Deluxe Edition includes the game, the “Wanted” downloadable content pack, and an exclusive “Platinum Luffy” costume. PlayStation 4 pre-orders also include an exclusive theme.

Regardless of which version you pre-order, you’ll also get the same bonuses you get with a physical pre-order: the additional playable characters Luffy Gear 4th, Afro Luffy, and Kung Fu Luffy.

The “Wanted” downloadable content pack includes the following:

-Six alternate versions of playable characters, featuring new special moves and outfits: Ace and Shanks in their classy black suits, Sabo dressed up as Lucy, Zoro wearing his well-know bandana and torn clothes, and Doflamingo and Trafalgar Law from their duel at Dressrosa.
-Eight new costumes: Nami, Robin, Hancock, Perona and Koala are joining the fight in their sexy swimsuits. We also have the young version of Whitebeard, a new costume for Law and Bon Clay cloned as Nami!
-Four customizable HUDs in the colors of Doflamingo, Sabo, Ace and Trafalgar Law.

The difference between the Deluxe Edition and Standard Edition is that it does not include items 5 to 7 listed above. Items 5 to 7 are also referred to as the “Wanted Pack” in the image below. It’s likely all these items will be available in the Japanese and American editions of the game through DLC. The swimsuit costumes were actually pre-order DLC in Japan.
