In fact, the report states that the peripheral will more than likely cost between $400 and $600, which is perhaps a little steeper than some of you may have been anticipating. Having said that, we can't really see Sony nearing that infamous figure of $599, especially since you can pick up a PS4 for around $350.

While initially revealed well over two years ago as “Project Morpheus,” Sony’s take on virtual reality with PlayStation VR has been relatively quiet, though it seems that next month will bring what may be the full package of new info on PlayStation VR ahead of its intended spring 2016 release.

Sony has begun releasing invitations for an upcoming press event focused exclusively on PlayStation VR, with the event taking place on March 15th, 2016 in San Francisco, CA.

According to a copy of the invitation from Engadget, the event will kick off with a special presentation from Sony at 2pm PT, with attendees being able to try various hands-on demo with the VR device until 6pm PT.

Notably, the event takes place right in the middle of the Game Developer’s Conference 2016 which runs from March 14th – 18th, 2016.

Mukhang mabubugay uli ang PS Move dahil pwede siya gawing controller. Parang walang hype yun lately.

Pag may Move, kailangan pa rin kaya ng partner na controller?

Trip ko dito yung Ace Combat game na inannounce ng Bandai Namco na VR compatible. Astig yun tapos cockpit view. Hehe.

Dang... Cost of another console. Plus a ps camera if you dont have it yet.
I imagine this wont be too friendly to people who wear eyeglasses(?)

^ not sure if they have that focus thing they did with Samsung GEAR VR. I wear glasses but thanks to that I can use the VR headset without glasses. I hope they do have something like that.

Else I'll have to wear contacts again :/
