May naka-redeem na nung codes? How about the region lock?

Codes still not working for me, and yes most likely region locked. This happens usually pag nag launch yung game, on the release day itself di gumagana agad. I think we have to wait for it to be released in the US din or something.

Impressions, (spoiler free):

+ Combat is fun, range combat to melee combat feels good.
+ Melee combat much improved, mas fluid
+ I only have smoke powers, but as usual, as you get more powers and upgrade your powers, using them in combination feels great
+ Graphics are a beast as I've said before, the lighting in particular and facial animations are great
+ Soundtrack is excellent
+ Voice acting is excellent
+ Sound design stands out (if you have a headset, select the pulse gold preset sa options, you can tell that they really gave a lot of attention to detail in the sound design)
+ I like the Regie + Delsin dynamic better than Cole and Zeke
+ Story seems much improved, as well as writing
+ Crowd feels more alive, ambient sounds and reacting to delsin the right way (That said, this isn't trying to be like GTA V, so don't expect as much detail and nuance from the crowd)

- Framerate dips sometimes, in my 2+ hours of playing, siguro twice ako nakaencounter ng slowdown, but not bad enough to consider a real hindrance
- the civilian AI seems stupid sometimes, they went on what I can only call as a World War Z rush where they kept on running and tripping (only happened once, but it was worth the lolz)

Game lives up to the hype for me. I'd still be playing right now if i didn't have to meet up with my girlfriend

Yup, sa R3 account ko nadownload, nadownload ko naman siya. Pag tingin ko sa libraries ng r3 account ko, tapos sa my add-ons, may 7 add-ons dun na download complete. I suspect download key lang yun, kasi kasama sa patch notes 1 yung Cole's Legacy as part of the download eh. So sa patch pa lang, na-dl na yung content, activation lang siguro yung keys.

Can anyone confirm this?

PS Don't forget to activate your ps4 as your primary console sa r3 account niyo if you plan on playing on your r1 account. Otherwise, the download will not be shared.

ah so walang lumabas sa download list? ganyan din akin eh im guessing wala pa sila sa psn store kasi di nagupdate...

^ Yup, did not appear in my download list. I hear that both Cole's legacy and changing the vests are unlocked somewhere in the middle of the game. I don't want to know when in fear of getting something spoiled, so abangan niyo na lang
