The game is set in the same universe as Robert Kirkman's comic book series of the same name, players follow the story of Lee Everett, a 37-year-old convicted murderer who gains a second chance in life (as the guardian of a 8-year-old girl named Clementine) throughout Georgia, U.S.A. at the beginning of the zombie apocalypse.
Making moral decisions is a pillar of the series, complete with branching consequences that tailor the player's story to the pressured choices they are forced to make. Characters met throughout the story learn from and react according to dialogue choices Lee makes, which also affect key parts of the story. Like the comic book and television series of the same name, the game focuses on creating interactions between the human characters, rather than killing large numbers of the undead (as most zombie-related games tend to rely on).

Wala pa daw balita kelan magkakaroon ng physicalcopy sa DB so nanood muna ako ng video review. Much better daw tong vita version kaysa sa iOS version particularly sa visuals and frame rate na hindi daw ganun ka prone sa frame drop. Sabi din nung nagreview best version daw to. I don't know if may frame drop ito sa pc pero sa iOS and console (ps3) meron kasi.
Got my copy last friday. I would have gotten it earlier, but neither DB Podium nor Mega Mall contacted me, eventhough I reserved 2 months ago. Anyway, I played till chapter 2 on my friends 360 then picked it up for the IPad. However I was put off by the touch controls and never played through the 1st chapter.
I thought this is a good oportunity to get into the game again.
On the Vita you can choose between touch and normal controls, which I'm really glad about. I'm now into chapter two
and I noticed that the game freezes for a second whenever it needs to load additional data. This put me a bit off since I died twice thanks to those freezes. This is no big deal if we are talking about conversations, but during events where reaction time counts it can be a bit frustrating if button presses are not being registered.
The same issue was critized on the digital version. Maybe Telltale will come up with a patch to fix this issue.
It's none the less a good game and quite enjoyable.

I tried playing a few minutes into the 1st chapter to get a comparison with my ipad version of the game and I did notice a delay with the button press and registering the command. Minsan may mga namimiss na option na nga dahil dun sa delay eh. So far it doesn't really ruin the experience pero parang kakaiba lang lalo na pag sanay ka na walang delay dahil nalaro mo na yung console / ipad version. Sana nga magka patch yung game to fix this. Btw, I haven't tried using the Vita controls, I'm playing with just touch. Akala ko nga dahil yun yung gamit ko na control scheme kaya may delay and I was about to try out the regular control kung mareresolve. Buti na lang nabasa ko din yung experience mo.
Kaka buy ko palang nito ng game nato... Back log ko muna tapusin ko muna is persona 4 ko.... Pero excited making Laruin to... Physical copy rin habol ko....
