As officially confirmed during today’s Nintendo Direct broadcast, an HD remake of GameCube classic The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker is coming to Wii U this Fall. Nintendo president Satoru Iwata noted that the game was meant to help ease the wait for the next big Zelda game (which was also revealed today and has no release estimate in sight).

...naaalala ko astig ng mga boss fights dito. saka yung lawak ng ocean na lilibutin. pero based sa screenshots parang nabawasan pagka cartoons nya? hindi na sya mukhang cartoons talaga like sa gamecube dati? para tuloy mas trip ko pa graphics nung GC version. although hindi pa ata yun ang final, sana hindi ganun ang mangyari.

My favorite Zelda of all time.......aside from Majora's Mask....
Nothing like that music when you sail your King of Red Sea Lions boat (forgot the official name),
a long the vast ocean searching for islands and atolls......

Man....Day 1 buy for me. This is awesome....hopefully an HD remake of Skies of Arcadia Legends as well in the future!

Nasan na kaya yung ganito namin sa GC... pero sure ako puro gasgas na iyon, kasi bata pa si Tracer1 Jr. nung nilaro nya iyon eh.. wala syang pakialam pa sa disc
