Quick Additions to the roster (please!)
Cole (InFamous)
Sackboy (LBP)
Kat (Gravity Rush)
Journey guy (Journey)
Crash (Crash Bandicoot)
Ellen (Folklore)
errr... Giant Enemy Crab... Hehe!
A few of my ideas on the stages:
Put in some stages from Flower or Journey
an interactive stage based on the game Heavy Rain wherein there's a particular scene going on in the background and you have to input various commands if you don't wanna get damaged
ex: scene: controlling the effects of the ARI, if failed, you get confused
scene: ***** using a saw on..., if failed, you get damaged
an interactive stage based on Gran Turismo wherein you have to avoid the cars
an interactive stage based on Killzone wherein you have to avoid a target lock-on sign... but I guess the stage of Hot Shots Golf already has this concept...

Unconfirmed Characters
Here is a list of unconfirmed but probable Characters in Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale, images or mentions of all of these Characters were leaked in some form or are already represented in the game.
Cole McGrath
(inFAMOUS) Leaked by voice actor Eric Laden.
Jak and Daxter
(Jak and Daxter) Leaked by Paul Gale Network, Sandover Village is a stage from the franchise as well.
James Bond
Said could be a possibility by Paul Gale Network, would tie with new film being distributed by Sony.
Nariko
(Heavenly Sword) Possibly seen in developer image.[1]
Nathan Drake
(Uncharted) Leaked by Paul Gale Network, RPG-7 is specifically mentioned as coming from these games.[2] Also, Eric Laden Leaked details.
Ratchet
(Ratchet and Clank) There is a stage from the franchise..
Sackthing
From LittleBigPlanet and more commonly known as Sackboy or Sackgirl. Dreamscape is an LBP stage and the LittleBigPlanet games are some of the highes selling SONY games this console generation. This makes the character inclusion possible.
Snake
From Metal Gear Solid. Snake represents the protagonists of all the games released so far (apart from most of Metal Gear Solid 2). More commonly known as Solid Snake, but has also been called Old Snake. Naked Snake and Big boss are also played by the same voice actor. All of them are a possibilty as voice actor Eric Laden only leaked that David Hayter would be in the game.
