Discussed this with Xanshi a few weeks back, and he gave me the go signal to post this.

For now, pa confirm na lang if you're interested. Para may headcount. Then we can work out the details as we go.

I know summer's over, pero it's never too late para mag outing. Tsaka at least this time around, wala nang Summer Rush.

WHO: Tayo syempre
WHAT: PinoyPS Outing 2011
WHEN: As summer is over, we're currently aiming for an October - November date, para Sem Break.
WHERE: City of Springs, Los Banos. Ako nagpropose nito, and nakapag outing na kami dito. Enjoy naman, maganda iyun place and I believe we can all have a great time here. Pics below. Projected budget is around 1.2 - 1.8k per head(lodgings only), but this will largely depend on how many members will be going. Kung may masuggest kayo na ibang place, feel free, though I'll need to coordinate with you on the place / logistics etc. Meron ding Robinsons Mall tsaka Supermarket na malapit plus mga sarisari store + Minute Burger etc.
WHY: Outing. Ayaw mo?
HOW: For now tentative headcount lang tayo ng mga interested pumunta. We need to know this para ma-project Later on, we will be requiring downpayments to shoulder initial costs as well as serve as your confirmation.

Here's the building where we stayed. Solo namin nung time na iyun, and maganda iyun rooftop deck.


Dormitory Rooms. MALAKI SIYA, good for 20 persons. Mga 30+ kami nun, so kumuha kami ng 2 rooms

Bathroom. 3 Showers, 3 toilets.


Merong counter sa bandang likod ng rooms. Maluwag, nakapag movie marathon kami dito. Kung magdadala tayo ng consoles, pwedeng pwede mag gaming station dito.

Eto iyun hallway between rooms. Bali ang building namin, meron 2 dorms. Since we got both dorms, solo namin iyun buong building.


Deluxe Private Rooms. Merong indoor jacuzzi(parang Victoria Court lang )

Questions about sa kasama sa budget na 1.2k to 1.8k:
-kasama na ba food bukod sa lodging?
-ilan araw ba yan?

Ser, iyun food kasi, either sa nearby mall kami kumain or sariling luto(meron silang grill sa poolside). Namalengke kami ng food and kami na mismo nagluto. Pagusapan pa natin kung ganun din gagawin natin.

Nung samin, 3 days 2 nights (friday - sunday). Pwede rin overnight, pero imo bitin iyun

Eto iyung break down ko, base sa given room rates.

Dormitory rates with a capacity of 20 are at 6580 per night. Additional person/s are at 265 per night, additional bed/s also at 265 per night. Room accommodations automatically avail guests of a one-time flat rate of 85 per head for entrance and use of facilities. So let's say we have the same 24 guests with no extra beds, assuming a 2 night stay:

(6580 x 2) + [(265 x 2) x 4] = 15280 / 24
= 636.67 + 85
=> 721.67 per head (base charge for entrance and room)

Then comes the additional fees - a one-time electricity fee of 100 if we decide to bring electric appliances (e.g. rice cooker, TV/monitor) and corkage fees, applicable for beverages only at 50 per case (for juices / softdrinks) and 75 per bottle for hard liquor and wine.

So siguro roughly mga 1k+(worst case scenario ko na iyun 1.2-1.8k), excluding food pa. Meron silang restobar dyan, pero medyo mahal, so namalengke na lang kami at nagluto ng food. Other times, meron ngang Robinsons Mall dyan so dun na lang kami kumain.

Tim basta marami pupunta para lumiit yung cost. Sasama na ako....

c) 30-31 (Sarap sna kung meron makakuha ng early copy ng Uncharted 3, tapos tapusin ng isang gabi )

Sa November? Fesible pa ito? Usually natatapos ang sembreak sa november.

Member kami, i can get villas with pools for 10k overnight... (50% off) check-in time is 2pm, check out time is 12pm the ffg day. private pool na yun. pero may mga pools pa na pwede puntahan, ito yung hot springs and waterpark. may tickets lang nga at 450 each, non-member, i can get tickets at 150 each members rate.

So, ayun, para maiba lang. ako na mag-aasikaso sa inyo kung pupunta kayo dito sa Pampanga. hehe.

If I remember it right hindi malaki ang capacity ng villas nila.....

^ kaya ng mag-party dyan sir, sa mga villas with pool. didiskartehan na lang nga yung kama kasi 3 bedrooms lang yan, nakalatag sa floor ang mga matress.

^Dude estimate naman kung ilang tao ang kasya dyan sa 3 rooms.

Also, it would be nice if you could provide pics of the rooms themselves...

May pix ako nung rooms, kaya lang kasama na kami. Haha, baka magalit asawa ko. Try ko maghanap ng pix ng rooms sige. Anyway, a rough estimate would be 20 i think. 3 bedrooms with matresses on the floor plus may maids room, usually kapag marami kami we make use of that pa and kahit sala ginagamit na namin tulugan. Hehe.

Pero kung super dami, ok na ok yung sa Laguna. Malaki talaga siya compared sa Fontana Villas.
