Settings > Format > Restore the PS Vita System. Follow the prompts, and say YES to deactivate account, (mag pprompt din kung gusto mo i-format yung memory card, tapos mag rerestart na yung vita

...bakit sa akin pag naglalaro ako while charging may pagkakataon na bumabagal response ng touchscreen at back touch panel? pero pag tinanggal ko naman yung charge ok naman ulit.
