Anyway, the game feels a mix of the Suda and Mikami previous works...

Sana lang maramdaman talaga yung horror at survival at hindi matulad sa RE5.

just watched the trailer.. bakit ganun parang di horror dating sa akin..
parang ang dating sakin TPS with monsters lang..

Wala namang horror dun sa trailer based sa weapons nung bida parang third-person shoot-em-up e.

Finally, another TPS! Nakaka-overwhelm na kasi ang FPS sa dami.
This will be a nice break. And it's from Shinji Mikami, looks like I'll be keeping track of this game.

yun nga e, dahil dun sa weapons parang nawala yung pag ka horror..

EA Games have announced a new title at the Tokyo Game Show, Shadows of the Damned. The game is the creation of Suda 51 and Shinji Mikami teaming up.
“We are excited to finally take the cover off our latest project and invite gamers from around the globe to experience this new, warped world we have created,†said Goichi Suda, CEO of Grasshopper Manufacture. “By partnering with EA, a publisher that truly shares our commitment to quality and innovation, we have been able to develop Shadows of the Damned according to our ambitious vision while creating an entertainment property we believe will appeal to a global audience.â€
“With Shadows of the Damned, gamers will fight for love in the most difficult arena imaginable … hell,†said Shinji Mikami, Creative Producer of Shadows of the Damned. “Players will find themselves surrounded by demons set on destroying their heart and soul. Only the strong will survive.â€
The game is due for release on PS3 and X360 in 2011.

EA at GDC 2011: Shadows of the Damned and Alice: Madness Returns Dated
EA has confirmed a pair of release dates for two of the games on its slate for 2011 at its off-site GDC conference, slapping a date on both Alice: Madness Returns and Shadows of the Damned. Two very different sets of scares right there.
American McGee's Alice: Madness returns has been tagged for a summer release, bringing some dark and twisted visions from Wonderland to counteract the sunny weather. You'll be able to go mad on June 14th, 2011.
Shadows of the Damned is the latest project to come from Suda 51's Grasshopper Manufacture and has the horror experience of Resident Evil creator Shinji Mikami behind it. The game also looks slightly insane, which is a very good thing in our book. You'll be able to get your hands on it from June 7th worldwide.
