open ang QA pero as far as i know internal ang pag-hire sa QA dito samen pero try mo...hindi biro 5 years pasok yan... :2thumbs:

Wow, last day na pala nung Friday ng mga nakasama ko sa workforce management sa Teletech...A total of 14 workforce personnel was redundiated due to the cost cutting of the Aussie telecom firm we all worked under...

A new US account, i think Healthcare ata, just opened December last year, however 8 lang ata openings...Some of my colleagues immediately grabbed the chance, while others didn't...Ayun, nakasama sila sa naredundiate...

We have a strange feeling (even though i no longer work there), that this Aussie telecom account is just waiting for it's contract with Teletech to end...Bakit nga naman kailangan pa nila dumaan sa 1 BPO company, when they already opened up their own call centers in Makati-Magallanes area, and in Cebu?

Hate to say this but if this worse case scenario happens, hundreds of Teletech employees under this Aussie telecom firm will find themselves floating...

Galing ako anz. Ok naman. Madami lang higher ups na bopols. Pero ok naman ang pay. Usually, Tataas an nila ang current pay mo. Try to haggle na mas mataas pa. Ang ok dun is meron performance bonus by end of year. Parang may 14 month ka na rin. I'm not sure kung lalagyan nila ng retirement though. Tapos enforced na yata yung mandatory core leave where you need to take a leave for 7 (or 10 ata) consecutive business days.

Once nandoon ka na pala, it opens a number of opportunities. Pwede ka lumipat ng JPMorgan, Macquarie, HSBC... Sa Macquarie ok din.. Hehe. Pero umalis na ako sa financial industry. Hindi ako pwede dyan. Ang Tamad ko e haha

mababa sa accenture, galing din dyan asawa ko. di ko din pinatos offer nila. baka sa call center nila ok nga ang offer.

pero maganda medical benefits nila, halos kalevel nila Verizon sa may pinakamagandang medical benefits.

@ampogiako,

may tanong ako paps, yung unang taon mo ba nabigyan ka ng bonus at increase? kasi sa september ang appraisal di ba? eh mareregular kami ng august, mabibigyan kaya kami ng increase nun?

Kung benefits ang usapan depende yata sa LOB yan sa Accenture.. dati nagrereklamo dalawa sa mga closest friends ko na nabawasan cash incentives nila.. yung isa sa gateway site and yung isa sa pioneer site.. yung nasa gateway umalis na dun nasa BoA na.. yung isa nasa boni pa din and may nabawas pa daw ulit sa incentives nila.. 3 or 4 years na yata siya dun.. gustolumipat pero di magawa nabaon daw kasi sya sa utang sa accenture.. pero maganda yata talaga sa accenture if I.T. or programmer/software engineer talaga ang linya.. basic pay pa lang yata solve ka na..

May retirement na ba sa Accenture? Or mas tama ba na term ang separation pay? Yung babayaran ka nila after so and so years with the company then you decide to leave. Meron na din ba kayong core leave? Again, ang benefits kaso depende sa hinahanap ng tao. And yun nga, depende din siguro sa ma pupuntahan mo na LOB. Mababa yung iba sa Accenture. Kaya di ako lumipat dyan dati kasi lower than what I used to be getting kahit kasama na yung benefits na offered. Tapos from the feedback I heard pa dun sa mapupuntahan ko, dami daw workload.

@shadow kung tama Alala ko, hindi na kayo kasama sa appraisal for this year. Medyo matagal pa Hintayin nyo for that. Anong team ka sa anz?
