Roles & Responsibilities
- Serves as the direct point of contact for customers
- Ensures customer satisfaction and continuously improve service delivery
- Proactively manages all Tickets/E-mail/Live-Chat and ensure complaints are resolved where possible, and logged in accordance to the Service Level Agreement guidelines
- Documents all inquiries within contact management system, follows appropriate guidelines for documentation, and assigns case accordingly
- Proper execution of Customer Support processes
- Performs related duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of any 4-year college course
- At least 1year working experience in customer support
- Must be proficient and has the ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Keyboard, PC, Microsoft Windows and MS Office applications (Excel, Word & Power Point) knowledge required
- Must possess a well-rounded knowledge and strong passion for gaming
- Must have the ability to work with patience and courtesy in customer relations
- Ability to think quickly and logically to ensure expedient response to customer inquiries
- Must have strong organizational and customer service skills
- Must be a team player
- Must be capable of critical thinking and must be good in doing data analysis
- Must be responsible and proactive
- Must be willing to work in shifting schedules, including graveyard
Other Job Details
- Work schedule: Shifting Schedule (Either Day Shift or Graveyard Shift)
- With night differential and double pay on holidays
- With overtime pay
