PlayStation Vita

Let's talk about anything about video games, no matter what platform it is. What is your favorite game? Who is your favorite character? What are the recently released games? What is DLC (downloadable content)? How do I beat this boss? How do I set up my team?

Actually madaming document diyan sa research.scee.net na marked for public naman talaga...

• Drive the display from a PS3 game
• Use the unique features of PS Vita as a
control device for a PS3 game
• Run software on both devices, using the
network to sync game states
• Use the processing power of PS Vita without
sacrificing CPU time on PS3
^ Sounds good on paper

Details About The PS VITA Storage System The 'NVG' Card
The 'NVG' card comes in two formats a 2GB format and another 4GB extended version, Sony stated that 5-10% of the data is reserved for save data and patches. the General size is supposed to be very similar to an SD card, the space and internal 'bits' are like a mixture of an SD card and the 3DS game card.

Image

We at PSVitaHub personally think that the reason 2 versions of the NVG card are available is basically because the smaller 2GB version is for games with low standards or low content, however with the 4GB versions the standards will be a lot higher such as Insane graphics and tons of content i.e. Uncharted Golden Abyss, Little Big Plant.

For a PS3 quality game with a size of a normal DVD, Uncharted:GA sure looks so good compared to its Blue Ray based brothers. Can't wait to see Killzone and God of War with this.
My gear:
PSVITA - playing DJMAX Technika Tune & Ragnarok Odyssey
PS3 320gb - One piece: Pirate Warriors
Xbox 360 Jasper Model - GT: kevzterz BF3 and MW3 addict
PSP 1001 Piano Black - playing nothin'

TGS: Vita Will Have External Battery Option
For some gamers, that amount of battery life is unacceptable. Fortunately Sony is preparing an answer. In our interview with SCEA Worldwide Studios President Shuhei Yoshida, we finally received confirmation that Sony is in fact developing an external battery for the Vita.

SCE's Yoshio Matsumoto revealed some technical info about PlayStation Vita during an interview:

-PS Vita was developed with multi-tasking in mind, applications can run simultaneously in the background with a running game, such as Twitter, Near and the web browser
-The web browser is based on Webkit, but Flash support cannot be confirmed at the moment
-PS Vita can be used as a remote play device, such as playback videos from a PS3
-PS Vita's Near app can be turned on and off, you get to choose whether to share your current region location with othe rplayers
-PS Vita uses an exclusive Memory Card for storage, it can store game downloads, music or movies you purchase from PSN
-The reason for the exclusive Memory Card format is security concerns
-PS Vita games can allocate space on the game cards itself for game saves
-PS Vita has built-in tools to transfer data between PC and PS3
