May 1 pa palang option. Amazon. Bibigyan ka ng digital codes. Pwede ang local credit cards. Kailangan mo lang ng US address. Madali na yun. Pwede rin sigurong gamitin ang Google address.

Hi all, i'm new here and I'm not sure if I posted this on the right place but need some help with connecting to the internet.
I've always been able to connect to the internet with my PS4 Pro until recently when I started getting problems when setting up my internet connection. When I setup my internet connection I get the NW-31456-9 error message and when I'm testing my connection I get CE-33986-9.
I tried searching google and even posted on the PlayStationNetwork Forums but none of the things there were useful. If anyone here has some experience dealing with these issues, a little help is more than appreciated.
Just for reference, I'm using PLDTmyDSL 3mbps and I tried mostly everything that I was able to find in google and in the PlayStationNetwork Forums but none seem to work.
Thanks in advance..!

I think what is happening is that Sony is blocking your IP address (as part of their anti DDOS measures).
I've encountered something similar before, and here are a number of things which helped.
1. If you're using the pldt router (which sucks), use that as just a modem, and find a better wifi router (i'm using a linksys e1500 and i have never encountered issues since then).
2. Try going wired if you can, it's not ideal if malayo yung router mo, but it improves everything significantly.
3. Try connecting to your mobile data if you have a phone with an internet connection (ie use your phone's mobile hotspot) - make sure that everything is set up correctly. After you successfully connected (and tested your internet connection) connect to the internet using your pldt dsl and go through the usual process of setting it up (this works about 80 percent of the time for me before - sometimes, it's more finicky).
Good luck, and hopefully one of those solutions work

Guys, has anyone been IP blocked by PlayStation here? Thank you.

restart your modem baka makatulong. Naexperience ko to dati once when i was trying to check PSN via my ps4 and since i dont go online often hinayaan ko na lang. After a few days i tried again and i was able to access PSN na. As far as i remember, wala naman ako binabago sa setup noon except restarting the modem once - turn off then wait for 10sec then turn it back on.VsAssassin wrote: ↑Sun May 21, 2017 5:57 pm Guys, has anyone been IP blocked by PlayStation here? Either restarting our modem help fixed the problem OR it got fixed by itself, which is, sa experience ko commonly happens.

I always experience this. Gamit ko ang phone ko as hotspot. Smart ang primary ko. Ang ginagawa ko nagconnect ako sa Globe then kapag nakapag-sign-in (minsan connect lang ng internet ok na) then balik ako sa Smart. It works everytime. Kailangan lang ma-refresh yung IP address siguro.VsAssassin wrote: ↑Sun May 21, 2017 5:57 pm Guys, has anyone been IP blocked by PlayStation here? Ito yung error message na nakukuha ko: WS-37397-9. Yeah this was the band-aid method that worked for me best. It got a little too inconvenient for me after a while though (having to keep doing this every other day was a hassle ultimately), so I decided to just replace our router with a proper one.slaughterbit wrote: ↑Mon May 22, 2017 10:02 am

Other than not experiencing the IP ban again, my online gaming sessions have been better too (improved latency).

Pero, correct me if I'm wrong, diba public IP address ang bina-ban ng PSN? Ibig sabihin, kahit magpalit ka ng modem/router, it wouldn't matter kasi ang IP assigned sayo ng ISP mo ay galing sa public IP pool nila? That said, changing your modem/router, which also changes the MAC, can and will change your (dynamic) public IP address at least once.ron_bato wrote: ↑Mon May 22, 2017 3:50 pmYeah this was the band-aid method that worked for me best. Anyway, thank you sa mga responses. I restarted my modem twice kanina and naka-sign in na ako ulit sa PSN (thank you God)! This happened when I was on call with PlayStation Philippines Customer Service. I hope and pray I don't get the old (banned) public IP ever though! I better refrain from restarting my modem moving forward.
