New on psn and how does it work?

Hey guys i would like to ask. I have an r3 ps4 then i did register my psn account as us account i also created an hk account but im trying to figure out what account should i put a ps plus subscription? Im from r3 region just asking coz i want o play without lag online.
And last day kasi i also tried playing the park at 2k ang lag 2 sec delay i tried the 2 day trial on my us account does the server determine by account ?

As far as i know, walang kinalaman ang region ng account mo sa lag/delay ng game mo. Hehe. Sa internet speed mo na yan sir. Pero suggest ko kung mag subscribe ka sa ps plus, sa R1/US ka mag subscribe. Magaganda offers nila palagi.

Plan 999 lang sa pldt dsl gamit ko noon sa pinas eh pero oks naman.. Depende din ata sa router para magiba yung NAT type mo.. Haha sorry bro bano ako pagdating sa ganitong field eh.. Sana may ibang makasagot. Haha

May kino-configure pa ata sa mga router, maganda nasa 3-5 mbps ang net mo hehe tsaka maigi kung NAT 2 kung balak mo mag voice chat para supported.
