If you ask me, it all depends on the players favorite genre so there is no such thing "must play games" to all players...

But for the topic sake if you own a PS3 then at least play the exclusive games....

Resistance: Fall of Man
Uncharted: Drake's fortune
Heavenly Sword
Ratchet and Clank series
Metal Gear Solid 4: guns of the Patriots
