Nag-clip nga lang yung magazine chamber sa katawan ni Sir Gallahad
lol at least we know it's really an in-game shot compared to a bullshot
Lol wag lang sanang typical TPS ang gameplay nito, may QTE pero ibang diskarte ginawa nila, yung may slow-mo camera epek.

Name: Isabeau D’Argyll
Alias: Lady Igraine

If you’ve read tales about King Arthur, you may remember his mother was named Lady Igraine. In The Order: 1886, Lady Igraine is a youthful-looking warrior named Isabeau D’Argyll. She and Galahad have a close but guarded relationship which started with her as his knight in training. Over the years the two become fond of one another, though their allegiance to The Order forbids them from ever acting on any underlying feelings. Isabeau’s character extends beyond her relationship with Galahad, however. She is strong-willed, skilled in combat, and fiercely loyal to The Order. “Isabeau is every bit the knight that Galahad is,” says Ru Weerasuriya, creative director on The Order: 1886. “There’s this kind of rivalry between them.”
Image
Name: Sebastian Malory
Alias: Sir Percival

In Ready At Dawn’s story, the title of Sir Percival belongs to a man named Sebastian Malory. Enthusiasts of Arthurian lore may recall that Sir Thomas Malory is the 15th century author of the original Le Morte d’Arthur. In The Order, the gray-bearded Malory is the most seasoned warrior in Galahad’s squad. Malory acts as a trustworthy mentor to Galahad and personifies The Order’s noble agenda to protect the people of London. Malory and Galahad share joint tempered loyalty to The Order, and are close friends because of it.

Name: Marquis de Lafayette
Alias: Pending

Lafayette is The Order’s newest knight-in-training, but he’s no green recruit. The famed Marquis de Lafayette is an actual historic figure who made his name fighting in both the French and American Revolutions. The Order contacts Lafayette and opens his eyes to the larger scale conflict the organization was formed to fight. His strategic expertise and knowledge of the battlefield makes him an invaluable addition to Galahad’s squad, even if he hasn’t earned his knightly name yet. This apprentice has a brash, whimsical sense of humor that lightens the squad’s oftentimes grim demeanor.

Screenshots from a pre-November build, Ready at Dawn are doing some serious work here. Probably my most anticipated Post-Infamous: SS game.

The Order: 1886 will not feature a multiplayer mode and is instead designed as a single-player only title, according to developer Ready at Dawn.

The studio's chief technical officer and co-founder Andrea Pessino made the announcement on Twitter, describing the title as a "single player, third person action adventure game."

When asked why the decision was made, Pessino followed up by explaining, "better to do one thing well than a whole bunch half-assed. :) We are trying to make a SP experience you will enjoy."

There was an expectation that, seeing as the game is set to follow a squad of characters, there may be opportunities for co-op play. It seems now, however, that this won't be the case. A wealth of Sony's PlayStation 4 exclusives seem to be focusing on single-player mode; it was recently confirmed that Infamous: Second Son would lack multiplayer too.

Elsewhere in an interview with Play3 (via Gaming Bolt), studio head Ru Weerasuriya explained the game would run at 30 FPS and 1080p, as this is what works best for the game. “Currently we do not aim [for] 60 frames per second," he said. "In a first person shooter that [surely] makes sense. Also fighting games are undoubtedly predestined for 60 frames.

“But for us, the cinematic experience is in the foreground [basically focus] – presented in full HD 1080p. In favor of spectacular effects and the highest resolution we restrict ourselves to a fluid 30 frames per second.”

As long as it's 30 fps locked, I don't mind. So long as the graphics and the effects blow me away. Plus I hear that there will be highly destructible environments, so that would be really cool.

They had a media event yesterday, and the embargo should be unleashed in two weeks. Can't wait to see what they show.

Also I'm glad they're focusing attention on SP, don't care much for MP if it is just tacked on (See Dead Space 2, Tomb Raider).

Ako naman mas gusto ko na mag focus sila sa single player lang...tama nga yung sabi na better have a really polished product that does one thing than something that tries to give a lot of different ones but fails at all of them. ^_^

And Ready at Dawn are real wizards. What they did on the PSP with the God of War games and Daxter was incredible. Can't wait to see them blow us away with what they can do on the PS4. Insiders have been joking that The Order is going to be the "first Naughty Dog game on the PS4" because of the quality of the Order's games.

Cory Barlog of Sony Santa Monica has been gushing about what RAD showed him back in November, and it only got better since then. I trust in RAD's vision and I think it's going to pay off.

Some cool Game Informer coverage of Ready at Dawn and The Order from November:
