Good exercise for couch potatoes?

Talk about things other than video games. What are your other hobbies? What's your favorite TV show? Are you into sports. Any recommended restaurants? Do you travel?

Napapansin ko na medyo lumalaki na ang tyan ko dahil siguro sa long hours of sitting while gaming (3-4 hours). Tatayo lang ako kapag mag-CR break or kung ano kailangan gawin.
May advise or tips ba kayo na pwede gawin during gaming? Alam ko yun take a break every hour pero kadalasan nakakalimutan ko dahil nasa kalagitnaan ng action. :sweat:

You can try this, though I suggest doing several warm-up/exercises (such as those posted above) a day or two before doing this. If you can find a video of the fat burning pro workout (20 mins.) do that one.

dude, yung 4 minute workouts you can start slowly until you can do it within 4 minutes

I suggest do it in 3 sets muna then next week 4 sets then kung kaya na within 4 minutes then well and good

for me simpleng walking lang effective na. everyday nag a-aim ako ng 10,000 steps. madami akong naiisip na plano tuwing naglalakad.
saaaandaliiiii laaaaannnggg!!!

Kung hindi pa ko nagka kidney stone, hindi pa ko makakapag "balik-loob"

Now that i am back to my old workout & diet program, i no longer feel bloated after each meal & i can sleep much better now since i gave up on coffee & other caffeine-laced products...Hindi na rin ako iinom ng sodas & artificial juices...

Guilty ako dito. Ilang weeks ko lang sinubukan yun 5 minute exercise tapos nahinto na.
Ang sarap kasi kumain sa gabi. Gusto ko pagdating ko ng bahay ay rest na lang.
Nung mga unang araw ko sa exercise na yun, napapagod ako. Kaya nagkanda-late ako ng gising sa umaga kasi sarap naman matulog after ng workout. :sweat:
Hopefully, bumalik yun gana ko to do the ritual again.
Nung isang araw na-te-tempt na ako tumawag sa TVShop para bumili ng garter belt na burn stomach fats daw while sitting.
