...siguro iniba nila ang pangalan sa force awaken. si Rey si "Jaina Solo" and si Ren si "Jacen Solo". Kasi parehong pareho nangyari kay jacen solo at Kylo Ren. at kung titingnan sa movie, parang magkapatid si rey dahil may vision sya na parang may kinuha na malapit sa kanya na baka si Ren yun. Sila yung twins nila han solo.

malaki age gap ni ben dito kay rey so if magkapatid man sila hindi sila kambal.. wala na talaga yung family tree ng expanded universe.. and sa force awakens si luke na lang last jedi.. even na naging darth caedus na si Jacen may mga jedi organizations ng nabuo and natira

Although I'm not convinced that Luke is Rey's dad and I'm leaning more on the Solos being her parents, it's still a mystery why Han would not remember her own daughter. It doesn't seem like he was hiding any secret when he met Rey in the movie. It looks like he genuinely met the girl the first time inside the Falcon.

I wonder where rey got her pilot skills for falcon though..oh well tagal pa aantayin natin for ep 8 hehehe

confirmed na mag pinsan si rey and ben.. may shinare na gameplay video si angry joe ng force awakens disney infinity.. sinabihan ni kylo si rey na "face me, cousin".. pero pinatanggal ng disney yung video..

plot twist:
face me, curses pala yung sinabi.. but, i think yung pilot skills ni rey is strong indication na he's a skywalker.. parang si anakin sa episode 1, and si luke sa episode 4..

No doubt Skywalker siya. The saga will always be about the Skywalkers. And yung dialogue ni Luke sa teaser, "The Force is strong with my family.....". Indication na yun.

Watched the movie a third time kahapon. I thought it would be interesting to watch it knowing all the trivia and eater eggs I read about the past week. Wala ako marinig sa voice cameo ni Ewan Mcgregor and Frank Oz. Masyadong mahina. Narinig ko lang yung sigaw ni Alec Guiness na "Rey!!!"

So with Fin may anomaly pala sa mga clones.. hindi sila fully controlled ng empire.
Kala ko nung una member ng rebels si Fin.

kinuwento naman na hindi na clones yung ginagamit.. mga bata pa lang yata dinudukot na sila sa pamilya nila and tinitrain with matching brainwash.. parang sci-fi version ng ISIS..

watched it again yesterday and noticed somethings i did not nung unang nanood ako.. about the storm troopers na hindi clones.. si general hux pala may idea ng "method" na yun.. pero may mga clone stormtroopers pa under snoke's disposal..

and about rey nanaman.. pwede ring hindi siya skywalker /solo.. sabi kasi ni maz na kung sino man hinahantay niya they are "gone".. but she could turn to luke skywalker.. and the voice of obi wan was calling her.. naisip ko lang it would be more awesome if descendant siya ni Obi Wan..

Sana nga si Rey ay descendant ni Obi Wan. One big clue na napansin ng friend ko is yung voice over ni Obi Wan sa dream sequence ni Rey with the lightsaber

Oo nga raw e. Obi-Wan ni Alec Guiness at Ewan McGregor pa raw. Pati boses ni Yoda. Hindi ko na narinig yun. Nabasa ko lang.

narinig ko yung boses ni alex guiness calling rey's name nung nahawakan niya yung lightsaber ni luke.. napansin ko na lang din nung pinanood ko ulit..

Medyo late na, pero I finally finished watching Interstellar

Seeing the ending, at first I was kinda disappointed, but that was due to my expectation of it being a hardcore sci fi movie. But then na realize ko that this is more of a drama movie, that looks into a hardship of a father trying to save his family. I love yung speech ni Dr. Mann about survival instinct, wherein he discussed how a person would see your love ones before you die. Dr. Brand's speech about love solidifies that, when she talks about love as a force that we can't see, yet we yearn for even without seeing it. These two ideas of love and survival is the primary driver in Cooper's quest to save humanity and his daughter.

Anyway, that's just how I saw it, Nolan Movies are very open naman, so different interpretation can be taken

What made me intrigued all throughout Interstellar is the stuff they presented in the film about time difference and aging.
Nagtravel sila, didn't aged especially Cooper and Brand. And I didn't expected Matt Damon's special appearance plus yung "heel turn" nya. hahaha
Kaya siguro na-consider siya for The Martian, bagay din siya kanya ang astronaut role.

Yeah, Nolan films are open.. Pati Dark Knight Trilogy nagtatalo pa rin fans kung patay ba talaga si Bruce Wayne o hindi eh.
Pati yung Inception, yung sa ending di klaro kung nasa dream o reality state si DiCaprio hahaha..
Sa Interstellar naman may matinong resolution naman kahit paano, Cooper is going to Brand's location simple as that.
Same thing sa The Prestige na complete ending pero unexpected yung plot twist towards the end especially yung revelation ng magic trick ni Bale against Jackman. I was caught off-guard.

Basta style ni Nolan talaga ang open-ending or if not may kakaibang twist ang most films nya, gusto nya audience mag-co-conclude or nagdedebate sa ending ng film nya. Well, it's another way to create buzz to sell a movie. So he's a genius film maker

Just goes on to tell us that Time sucks haha!

I guess you're right, the ending does pretty much set the next quest for Cooper I think it was the Gargantua Singularity scene that made me feel like the movie is very much open for interpretation, he could've escaped it, or he could've not and the entire scene is just playing inside his head before he takes his last breath, as how Dr. Mann explained the last moments we take as we cling to our lives.

Yeah, matalinong bata talaga toh si Nolan haha! Pero that's how you become one of the greats, so congrats to him
