After I finish a game, I check out some missed secrets. I don't go for 100% completion, though. If a secret or a missed item is too difficult or frustrating to obtain, I don't even bother. I move on to the next game.

If I didn't like the game, I move on to the next game.
If I like the game, I'd try to get some missed trophies and if it easy to Plat then I'd go for it, if Plat is hard (or have time consuming online trophies) maybe I'll get back on it in the future.
Now, if I really, really love the game, I'd Platinum it, get every item, and go for 100% completion.

Loneliness has followed me my whole life. There's no escape. I'm God's lonely man.

I voted for 'Check for missed secrets.' when it comes to action/adventure games and platformers. But it really depends on the game. For fighting and rhythm games, I play at higher difficulty after finishing a character or song. For games I only care for the story, I delete it from the HDD to free-up some preciouuuussss space.

I picked checked missed trophies but what I am when I'm really finished with a game is to not be in the mood to play again. I usually lay low for a few days to a couple of weeks
