Can I play a content downloaded from a different region?

Question: For example, I downloaded a content from a voucher in Singapore region, after I installed it, can I play it in Hong Kong region?
This is both R1 but my download voucher that I got from my CD told me it can only be downloaded on Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, etc., there is no Hong Kong.

So I created a new account with a Singapore address and downloaded it. Now, my PSN account with PS plus is on the Hong Kong account, can I play that content when inside the game?

Yes, you can play it. It's correct that you can only download it from a specific store, but does not mean you can't play it.

It's normal. We create an additional account to download DLC then we play using our "main" account.

I have US as my main. I buy R3 games. Some are from Hong Kong, some are from Singapore. I have 2 extra accounts for downloading from HK and SG. Then I switch to my US account to play it and it works.

This is for PS4, right? Just be sure to make the other accounts "primary" in your PS4.
