Darksiders II: Deathfinitive Edition officially announced
Darksiders II in 1080p with all the DLC.

Due out this winter for “current-gen consoles,” the Deathfinitive Edition is a visually updated version of the sequel running in 1080p and including all of the game’s post-release downloadable content. It will also have game balancing and loot distribution adjustments.

The Deathfinitive Edition is handled by Gunfire Games, a studio where nearly all staffers have worked at Vigil Games and Darksiders in the past.

Geez. They should have just went all out and called it the Deathinive Deathition.

The official name is Deathinive without the letter f by the way.

This, I am playing again. previous gen had some glitches that im not too happy with.

Pero the question remains... will we see a part 3?

Developer 1: Let's remaster Darksiders 2 so that kids who were not able to experience it on the PS3 will be able to play it.

Developer 2: Great! How about Darksiders 1? Aren't we gonna remaster that? I'd imagine that those people we're remastering the 2nd game for would like to play the 1st game as well.

Developer 1: Uhhm...well.....they can always get a PS3 and get that version of the game instead.
