What is Project CARS?
Project CARS is the most authentic, beautiful, intense, and technically-advanced racing game on the planet.

What game is Project CARS like?
Project CARS is a racing simulation so is comparable with popular console franchises Forza Motorsport and Gran Turismo whilst also providing the kind of advanced features usually reserved for PC-only simulators like iRacing and rFactor.

You guys made Shift 2 Unleashed - so is Project CARS' handling similar?
The physics, handling, force feedback, input lag, tire model, and all aspects of the handling model have been rewritten and improved, with a community of racing fans and race professionals supervising and testing them throughout. The overall result is something far more realistic and responsive.

Who is publishing Project CARS?
Project CARS is self-published by Slightly Mad Studios and distributed by Bandai Namco Games.

How many cars are going to be in the game?
We'll be releasing a full list of all cars and motorsports over the next few months. Check out the Cars list below!

Can we upgrade the cars?
Since the game covers such a variety of motorsports, each with their own performance restrictions, all vehicles are non-upgradable and come pre-installed with the best parts possible.

Can you tune the cars?
Yes! Project CARS has a deep tuning system with full control over all aspects of the car's performance. Troubleshoot common problems by checking with the in-game Engineer, get useful hints on technical details via the Digital Manual, and visit the dedicated Test Track to see how your changes perform out on the tarmac.

How many opponents can you play against?
45 offline (depending on the grid size of the track) on all platforms
16 online on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and 32-bit PC
32 online on 64-bit PC

Project CARS has the largest track roster of any recent racing game. Check out the full list below.

Will there be more tracks added in future?
We'll have more info on how Project CARS is going to expand after launch, soon.

Just got this game. Tagal kasi ng GT7.

A very good game if you are willing to put in the time and effort to learn it. It's pretty hardcore but once na makuha yung controls very fun and rewarding na siya. Career mode is very deep and probably better than Driveclub's single player. You will really see and feel the smoothness in this game when it stays at the 50-60 fps range. I highly recommend this if you you want a deep and authentic racing game. If you want a pick-up and play racing game, this game is not for you.

This game has plenty of options. Mahirap control yung car if you don't have the right settings.

I found the best settings to make cars easier to handle. It will make the game more fun if you don't use a wheel.

On the control options:

Steering deadzone: 10
Steering sensitivity: 0
Throttle deadzone: 10
Throttle sensitivity: 20
Brake deadzone: 10
Brake sensitivity: 20
Clutch deadzone: 10 (applicable if activated)
Clutch sensitivity: 20 (applicable if activated)
Speed Sensitivity: 45 for Karts, 65 for cars
Control filtering sensitivity: 50
Force feedback: 100
Advanced settings: off

I use automatic transmission at the moment because I'm still learning the game.

This game is more on the realistic side. It's hard to control the car on full throttle without the right settings.
Loving this game so far. It looks amazing and the sounds of the cars are so good and authentic. I use the above settings and it's really fun.
Ai is very smart in this game. Career mode races are exciting, especially if you're fighting for the top spot.
