Sometimes this happens on my OBSOLETE Globe Broadband DSL connection as well. Just do the power cycle method.

Not true. There may be some settings in his network that's not allowing him to sync. It's also possible that his upload is botched.

Though it says NAT2 but do you have a firewall enabled?

I finally solved my WS-37397-9 that plagued me through multiple IP changes and several full malware scans of every device on the home network. My access would come and go every few days and I scoured the web constantly for any hints and always finding the same answers. Then I stumbled on a remote forum post somewhere that mentioned something that I previously thought a possibility, but quickly discounted as it seemed impossible to me.

My SoftEther VPN client that was installed on one of my PCs was the culprit. Apparently, even when not in use, the software creates a virtual device on the home network that Sony's third-party network security company somehow detects and deems a threat, I uninstalled the SoftEther VPN client software and went an extra step of disabling my VPN in Wondow's 10 Network and sharing center (-> change adapter settings). After about a week, my access to PSN and Sony services came back (not unusual), but has remained for a solid week now instead of a day or even only an hour.

TLDR: If you have SoftEther VPN client on a network device, it causes Sony's security systems to literally shake.
Found this on the Sony PlayStation Community Support Forums.

I was getting the error for the past few days and remembered that I have a VPN installed. So I uninstalled it and finally got back in.

Possible kayang na-ban ang IP address mo? Based on my experience, pag banned and IP may times na makaka-sign in ka sa PSN, an indication is you can see your friends list with online peeps showing, pero since banned IP mo, yung full network access mo is limited at reflected yun sa games mo na may network connectivity and features.

guys currently having a problem connecting to the PSN+ and internet connection using my PS4. started 2 days ago. sometimes it will connect but you have to go to the system settings and manually try to set up the internet connection again.

I am using PLDT FBR on a linksys/cisco modem. i usually use a LAN cable but i even tried wifi and it doesn't work.
The PS4 is able to get an IP address but when it test the internet connection wala this is both for wifi and Lan cable.

I tried on and off both the router and FBR modem to no avail. regular internet wifi with my laptop ad iphone is no problem.

Since nakakakonek ang ibang devices then it means walang problema sa connection mo. My opinion is, dahil siguro pinagpalit mo si wifi at LAN kaka-figure out kung ano nangyari kaya nanibago ngayon si ps4 sa nadedetect nyang connection mo which is why need mo pa mag setup ulit para lang marecognize at kagatin ni ps4 yung current setup na nakakabit sa kanya.

You mentioned pinatay mo na yung router at modem already. Try turning them BOTH again pero this time tagalan mo yung time na naka-off sila pareho, mga 15sec then saka mo subukan kumabit ulit via ps4 on WIFI.

Para safe, mag stick ka sa isang connection method lang for all device types - in this case, wifi lahat para uniformed ang setup sa buong bahay. For convenience sake, mas madali kasi in your part pag isang uri lang ng koneksyon ang aasikasuhin mo. I suspect na may kinalaman yung pag ulan recently kaya nakaapekto sa connection mo somehow pero i doubt it kasi naka fiber ka na and ang common na apektado ng weather is yung mga naka dsl kasi tumatawid pa rin sa kawad ng kuryente ang mga yun.

Thanks guys.

ron_bato - i was getting no network connection or Time lapsed waiting for response from server, something to that effect.

Its currently working back to normal na today. Hopefully it won't happen again but i will keep you posted.
I don't know if its the weather or something that caused this minor glitch.

not sure if this is the right thread for this :D

i am planning to buy the HZD DLC sa november. console po is r3, game is r1
pero i have leftover funds sa R3 account, not sure if pede yun gamitin or should it match the game's region?

sa mga games sa PS4, from experience, dapat pareho ng region yung game at DLC. kung merong free DLC sa HZD sa R3 account mo, subukan mong i-download at gamitin sa R1. kung gumana, good. so pag bumili ka ng paid DLC, sure na gagana.

Tama sinabi ni Daniel, most likely dahil sony game yan, region locked ang DLC. So if R1 yung game mo, dapat sa R1 store mo bilhin DLC.

Mga boss, tanong ko lang kung anong mas okay sa PS Plus subscription? HK or SG? O baka may mas okay pa? Balak ko kasing mag-avail ng 1 year subscription. Para makapag-online lang sa NBA 2k18. May bearing ba 'yung region ng subscription? Kung wala mang bearing sa NBA 2k18, ano po bang advantages ng HK over SG and vice versa? Thanks!
