For US PSN users, I suggest taking a look at this guide (http://www.pinoyps.com/viewtopic.php?f= ... 4#p2205324) and getting a GCASH AMEX card for the US address, then buying your US PSN codes from Amazon. Ganun ginawa ko. Di ako nag-antay ng isang minuto may $20 code na agad akong nafund sa wallet ko.

Yes indeed its working on PSN HK. Just bought Batman Arkham Origins during the Batman sale on PSN HK. Hehe. Thanks for the info guys, umabot ako sa sale.

Not just credit cards, even local debit cards will work, naishare ko na din ito sa mga office mates ko. Hehe. tuwang tuwa mga sila.

Aba good news na pwede rin debit cards. Sa US kasi di gumana yung debit cards e (US-based).

mga bro noob question lang po, medyo mahaba na kasi yung thread. i try to get reliable infos from you mga ka-pps members bago ko subukan yung psn download. here's my question....

My PS3 is a Southeast Asian Region:

1) Anong gagamitin kong address sa account ko ? is it my legit Phil address or a fictional address from other countries ?
2) Pwede ko bang i-download yung dlc ng mga games ko na region 1 sa US PSN ? or kung limited lang sa asian yung download ko, gagana kaya yung asian dlc ko sa region 1 game ?
3) Kung bibili ako sa Datablitz, meron din bang prepaid psn card na asian at US ?
4) If US prepaid PSN card ang nabili ko, makakabili or makaka-download ba ako ng games sa US PSN though Philippines ang address sa account ko ?

1. US address kung US ang gusto mong main account. Wala ring Philippines sa country selection e. Gamit ng karamihan yung address ng Google. Gamit ko Beverly Hills.

2. Yes. Generally, kung ano yung region ng game, sa parehong region mo rin ma-download yung DLC. Sa Asian, merong HK at SG stores. Check mo na lang dun sa game case kung HK o SG galing yung game.

3. Merong US cards sa Data Blitz. Pag Asian, not sure kung SG o HK ang meron. Tingnan mo na rin sa iTech.

4. Yes pero di mo magagamit ang Philippine address e. Gamit ka na lang ng US address.


Pwede ka ring gumawa ng PSN account para sa ibang regions (Asian, Japan, etc). Gawa ka lang ng iba pang PS3 user kasi 1 PS3 user = 1 PSN account.

If you are going to use a Philippine credit card, what works is to use the HK store. Just create a fictional address in HK (I use my Phil address and pick Central HK as the country, crazy but it works).

My experience is this works with a BPI Mastercard.
